 Food Vendors using a mobile retail unit are given a 20'-30'x10' space eparated by a three feet aisle to the left and right, allowing customers to shop on three sides of the unit.

Food Vendors not using a mobile retail unit are given a 10'x10' space with a three feet aisle to the left and right, allowing customers to shop on three sides.

Food Vendors selling from a mobile retail unit must provide tables and chairs.

The price for every item on your menu must be clearly posted for the public to see.

All Food Vendor tables must be covered as described in the Vendor Rules.

All Food Vendors must provide garbage cans and keep their area clean throughout the selling day.

All Food Vendors must provide evidence of current insurance and registration for mobile retail units and provide liability insurance as directed by Nassau County Craft Shows.
