As a rule all Outdoor Vendors spaces are 10'x10' and are separated by a three feet aisle to the left and right allowing customers to shop on three sides of each space.
Vendor spaces are back-to-back along each row.
As a rule, vendors are assigned their space location when they arrive to set up.
Vendors who have previously participated at a particular event may reserve a specific location from management.
Whenever possible we allow vendors to set up the night before an event and leave their set up overnight in their space.
Although overnight security is not provided we have not had any problems in the past.

In order to guarantee you will have the same space on Sunday that you had on Saturday, simply leave something overnight in your space to let management know it is occupied or ask management to mark the space for you.
We recommend that you do not leave your merchandise overnight in your space-only leave items such as tables or your tent frame.
Under no circumstance is managemet responsible for any items left overnight.
