If space is available you may pay by cash when paying upon arrival on the day of an event. 5. There is no guarantee that you will be able to rent space if you have not paid in advance. 6. Our 'deadline' is when we sell out.
CHARITY NOT FOR PROFITS: Free rent provided no items are offered for sale, no donations are solicited, and all Vendor Requirements are fulfilled. Religious groups such as Churches, Synagogues, etc are not eligible for a freespace

$150 total rent for all two-day events when payments are made or postmarked by the Monday prior to the weekend of the two-day event.
$175 total rent for all two-day events when payments are made or postmarked on or after the Tuesday prior to the event up to and including the first day of each two-day event.
$100 for any one day of a two-day event.
Note: Vendors who have paid for the Saturday of any of the above events, and decide they would like to return the next day (Sunday) may pay an additional $75 PROVIDING SPACE IS AVAILABLE. At
the sole discretion of AlansFair in some cases a
partial credit may be issued to vendors when rain has prohibited
business from being conducted for all or part of a particular event.
In
some cases the partial credit may have to be applied to the specific
Event the next time it is scheduled, and in some cases the partial
credit may be used at any of our future Events.
We never cancel an event prior to its scheduled date.
Vendors and shoppers decide for themselves if they wish to come to the event.
We never schedule a back-up 'Rain Date' for any event for what we consider very good reasons. Vendors are welcome to discuss our reasons with us at any time.
For all events, space will be rented until we are sold out.
Only vendors who prepay will be guaranteed space.
We
will send confirmation via E-mail or phone call of your space
reservation when your credit card payment has been processed or when
your payment and Vendor Application have been received.
If you
do not receive a confirming communication from us it means your payment
has not been received and you are not guaranteed to have a space.
If your application is rejected you will receive a full refund.
