How to guarantee having a space at any of our events:
1. Call 516-442-6000 to pay with a credit card (+ 4% processing fee)
2. Mail a check or money order made payable and mailed to Nassau County Craft Shows PO Box 431 Point Lookout, NY 11569.
3. By cash when paying upon arrival on the day of an event.subject to space availability.
We will send confirmation via E-mail or phone call of your space reservation when your credit card payment has been processed or when your payment and Vendor Application have been received.
If you do not receive a confirming communication from us it means your payment has not been received and you are not guaranteed to have a space.
If your application is rejected you will receive a full refund.
Craft & Gift Vendors, Service Vendors, and Non-Profit Vendors are welcome to participate at all outdoor shows.
Food Vendors are permitted only at the following events: May 6 Bethpage Street Fair June 16-17 Kings County Craft Show at Floyd Bennett Field September 8-9 Merrick Street Fair
Because of pre-existing contracts, we are not permitted to rent space to Food Vendors at Eisenhower Park, Christopher Morley Park, Jacob Riis Park.
Craft & Gift Vendors Outdoor Rental Rates: Floyd Bennett Field, Eisenhower Park, Merrick, Christoher Morley Park: $175 total for each two-day show when payment is received or postmarked by the Sunday preceding each show. $200 total for each two-day show when payment is received or postmarked from the Monday preceding each show up to and including the day of the show. $125 for Craft & Gift Vendors renting for only one day. One-day advance rentals not available. Any unsold space will be rented on a first come basis each show day at the Vendors Entrance.
Craft & Gift Vendors Outdoor Rental Rates: Jacob Riis Park $125 total the two-day Show at when payment is received or postmarked by the Sunday preceding the show. $150 total for the two-day show when payment is received or postmarked from the Monday preceding the show up to and including the day of the show. $100 for Craft & Gift Vendors renting for only one day. One-day advance rentals not available. Any unsold space will be rented on a first come basis each show day at the Vendors Entrance.
Craft & Gift Vendors Outdoor Rental Rates: Bethpage $110 total for the one-day show when payment is received or postmarked by the Sunday preceding the show. $125 total for the one-day show when payment is received or postmarked from the Monday preceding the show up to and including the day of the show.
Food and Service Vendors Outdoor Rental Rates: Floyd Bennett Field, Eisenhower Park, Merrick Spring Festival, Christoher Morley Park $350 total for each two-day show when payment is received or postmarked by the Sunday preceding each show. $400 total for each two-day show when payment is received or postmarked from the Monday preceding each show up to and including the day of the show. $250 for Food and Service Vendors renting for only one day. One-day advance rentals not available. Any unsold space will be rented on a first come basis each show day at the Vendors Entrance.
Service Vendors Outdoor Rental Rates: Jacob Riis Park $250 total for the two-day Show at when payment is received or postmarked by the Sunday preceding the show. $300 total for the two-day show when payment is received or postmarked from the Monday preceding the show up to and including the day of the show. $200 for Service Vendors renting for only one day. One-day advance rentals not available. Any unsold space will be rented on a first come basis each show day at the Vendors Entrance.
