All Exhibitors who wish to participate in our Shows are subject to a Jurying Process.

If possible, when sending in your Vendor Application include a photograph of your set-up.

If we aren't certain of what you are selling you may be required to send a photograph before your Application is approved.

When you inform us what you sell either during a telephone conversation or when you mail in your Vendor Application, we encourage you to be thorough and accurate about the items you intend to display and sell.

During every Show our Management Team inspects every Exhibitor's display.

Items or services that do not comply with your approved Application may be required to be immediately removed with no credit or refund.

Any tables you bring must be covered with a quality material that reaches the floor on all four sides.

Covers may be any color.

At each of our shows, trade show quality floor length table covers are available from Show Management for $20 each while supplies last for the following size tables:
4 foot, 5 foot, 6 foot, 8 foot.

Our covers are black, machine washable, heavy duty polyester.
