From 7:30am-8:30am you may unload at your space and then park in the vendor parking lot just steps away.

Your vehicle must be in the vendor lot no later than 8:30am.

Vendors who arrive after 8:30am may set up, but must bring their items by hand or cart from the vendor parking area to their location.

You are welcome to bring your own tables, canopy, etc.
These items are not provided by show management

All tables must be covered with a quality material that reaches the floor on all four sides.
Table covers are available from show management for $30 each while supplies last.
  
Terms and Conditions
1. If a dispute occurs I will not get into a confrontation or argument withanyone. I will immediately let management or security know about the problem.
2. I will keep my space clean during each show and will leave my area as cleanas it was when I arrived.
3. I accept responsibility for cleaning up any items that are not mine thatcome into my space during the day.
4. I will prevent all paper, plastic, cardboard, and all miscellaneous matterfrom leaving my space, and will immediately retrieve any items that have leftmy space.
5. I will provide my own garbage bags and containers to remove all of mydebris, cardboard, fixtures, food, beverage, and miscellaneous matter from theshow grounds.
6. I will not use the show’s garbage cans to dispose of any of my items.
7. I will take my items and garbage with me when I leave the parking lot anddispose of them elsewhere.
8. For public safety reasons, when I arrive and during advertised hours I willnot move my vehicle to or from my selling area unless I have permission frommanagement.
9. I will not possess, consume or offer for sale any alcoholics, pornographicmaterials, counterfeit or illegal items while on show grounds.
10. I understand accept that I must firmly secure my canopies, frames,fixtures, display items, and other objects with heavily weighted materials suchas sandbags, cement buckets or bungee cords. I understand and accept that I must take whatever other precautions arenecessary in order to prevent wind-blown items from causing personal injury toshoppers or vendors, and that I may be immediately and permanently barred fromfurther participation as a vendor if I fail to comply.
11. I understand and accept that if I choose to do so, I am responsible forobtaining my own liability insurance coverage for my personal items, and thatany items I leave at my space overnight are not the responsibility of NassauCounty Craft Shows or The Nassau Department of Recreation and Parks.    

HOLD HARMLESS DISCLAIMER Whereas"Vendor" is and will be leasing certain space from Nassau CountyCraft Shows (NCCS) pursuant toan agreement for a Craft Show, Vendor and NCCS agree: To the fullest extent permitted by law,Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NCCS, Old Bethpage VillageRestoration, Nassau County Department of Parks & Museums, and all of theabove entities employees, associates, and/or Managing Agent(s) from any and allclaims, suits, damages, liabilities, professional fees, including attorneys'fees, costs, court costs, expenses and disbursements related to death, personalinjuries or property damage (including loss of use thereof) arising out of orin connection with the performance of the work of the Vendor, its agents,servants, Vendors or employees, or the use by Vendor, its agents, servants,Vendors or employees of facilities provided by the entities listed above. Thisagreement to indemnify specifically contemplates full indemnity in the event ofliability imposed against all of the entities listed above and/or ManagingAgent(s) without negligence and solely by reason of statute, operation of lawor otherwise, and partial indemnity in the event of any actual negligence onthe part of the entities listed above either causing or contributing to theunderlying claim. In that event, indemnification will be limited to anyliability imposed over and above that percentage attributable to actual fault,whether by statute, by operation of law or otherwise.
