HOW TO GUARANTEE HAVING A SPACE FOR AS MANY SHOWS AS YOU LIKE FOR THE LOWEST RENTAL RATE

You may guarantee having a space for as many 2010 Outdoor Shows as you like with a single deposit of $175.  

Here’s how it works:
Send in an application for every Outdoor Show you would like to participate in.

The $175 deposit is applied to your last show of the year.

One week before each show you would make payment in full for that show only.

For example, let's say you want to rent Eisenhower September 4-5, Bayville September 11-12, and Eisenhower Park October 23-24.

You would make a single payment now of $175 and submit an application for each individual show.

We would apply your $175 payment to the Eisenhower Show October 23-24, so that you would have a zero balance for this show.

Your payment for the Eisenhower Show would be due August 30, and your payment for the Bayville Show would be due September 4.

You will be charged an additional $25 if your payment arrives postmarked past the deadline for any show.                                                                    

You may cancel your reservation at any time until we are sold out.

ADVANCE RENTALS FOR INDIVIDUAL SHOWS
Until one week before the first day of each show, vendor rentals are a total of $175 for every multiple day show.

Thereafter, vendor rentals are a total of $200 for every multiple day show.

DAILY RENTALS                                                                                              
Daily rental rates are listed on the Vendor Application for each individual show.

HOW TO PAY YOUR RENT
You may rent space in advance by mail or credit card.

Credit card payments are made by calling 516-442-6000. 
3% processing fee for creditcard transactions.

Vendors paying upon arrival on the morning of the show are required to pay cash.
