Nassau County Craft Shows 2010 Vendor Application MERRICK FESTIVAL
September 25 September 26 10am-6pm
Please place a circle around the above dates you are renting. Rental Rate: $175 total for the two day show. $200 for payments received postmarked after September 18.
Daily rentals are $125 per day. Vendor rent payments maybe made as follows: 1. Call 516-442-6000 to pay with a credit card (+ 3% processing fee) 2. By mail with a check or money order.
Checks made payable and mailed to Nassau County Craft Show PO Box 431 Point Lookout, NY 11569.
3. Vendors paying upon arrival must pay in cash.
Rain or shine. No refunds or credits.
Food and beverages are provided by the Merrick Chamber of Commerce and may not be sold by Show Vendors.
Vendors offering taste samplings must obtain approval from show management.

I understand and accept the GENERAL RELEASE AND ACCEPTANCE OF RULES and understand and accept that I may be immediately required to leave the show without further notice or recourse, and without a refund of any money paid by me if I fail to comply with any or all of the terms and conditions provided in the GENERAL RELEASE AND ACCEPTANCE OF RULES.
